About StrongHer Ventures Fellowship

StrongHer Ventures is the first and leading early-stage, technology-focused venture capital fund investing in women led and focused companies including underrepresented communities. We invest across Fintech, Future of Work, Healthcare, Consumer, Metaverse & Climate Tech. We are the pioneers in the women entrepreneurship investing ecosystem and launched the first venture fund for women entrepreneurship - Saha Fund and now StrongHer Ventures Fund II. We invest in the next generation of marketing leading, innovative companies and founders that will change the narrative. Our fund invests in pre-seed to early stage companies, with check sizes ranging up to $2M. Our incredible portfolio companies are selected by our experienced lead partners and expert investment committees. We believe in adding strategic value to every company we partner with and bring the power of our leadership and global innovation network to our portfolio and founders.

StrongHer Ventures is launching a Fellowship program that gives interested individuals an opportunity to explore the entrepreneurial and venture capital ecosystem, work with our accelerator programs, portfolio and deal teams, investors, experts and mentors and get a ringside view on the entrepreneurs that are changing the game.

Applicant Requirements

The applicant for the fellowship programme must be curious, entrepreneurial, involved and most importantly, interested in startups and business. Strong academic credentials are required, and some work experience is advantageous. Applications are encouraged from people with a variety of backgrounds and locations. This is a competitive application with limited seats.

Fellowship Structure

You are required to commit full working hours for one year. This fellowship will be based in India with a monthly stipend.

What to expect​

• Work closely with the founding team across portfolio, accelerator programs, investor relations, and global innovation network.

• You will get the opportunity to actively take part in startup events and network within the ecosystem.

• Participate in deal sourcing, due diligence and closure and pick up tips from seasoned investors.

• Working with portfolio companies on strategic connects.

• Organize events, partnerships and community engagement.

• Conduct industry research, develop thought leadership across industries, and stay current on trends.
